It has been almost a year now since I came to Tracey and lost over 2 stone. I have,for the first time in my adult life,kept the weight off,very easily..
Do not hesitate if you are thinking of taking this lifechanging route...it's the best decision I ever made!

Its good to see that someone else has had fantastic results like I have.
It's been 6 months since I lost a stone for my wedding and I have managed to keep the weight off for the first time ever in my life.
My new hubby loves the new me.
I would recommend Tracey's techniques to anyone who has tried every other way to manage their weight.
